My favorite property in San Francisco. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff were supper friendly and assisted me with private parking.

Absolutely great place, very friendly and attentive staff. Good looking room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities. Unbeatable location, close to Aquatic Park. 30 minutes' ride to the airport.

Everything was excellent, truly enjoyed our great stay. The superbly friendly and pleasant staff gave us a nice welcome. The setting was incredible, just off bars, sights, restaurants, transport and sightseeing, and restaurants and lovely walks along the bay. We had goodies and coffee at The Baked Bear, it was located within short walking distance to the venue.

Its location was magnificent, really close to all the attractions near Pier 39, and the bus lines for The Golden Gate Bridge and the central city.

The staff are excellent and really care about the guests. The units are huge, good looking. There is a great selection of facilities in the room like : a private safe, central heating, and an iron.

The location and staff are a 10. Couldn’t have been happier. This was my first stay in the city area so I really can’t compare to other hotels but I don’t think I would look to stay at another place. We couldn’t have been happier. The hotel is ideally located close to everywhere, making it convenient to explore the city on foot. The standout part of the hotel is their staff; from the friendliness of the cleaning staff to the smiles of the restaurant staff.

The communication was a bit lacking. We were charged an additional $62 per day on top of our premium rate for the room.
